About me

I’m Caroline, a personal and professional development coach, project manager, and facilitator.

I’m a coach because I have always been energised and motivated by helping others develop and grow. It’s shown up in my professional experience as a people manager, a student support advisor, and as an SEND life skills assistant.

My professional background has given me a whole range of tools and experiences that I put to work now in support of my clients. I have 10+ years experience in higher education, working with senior leaders through to undergraduate students. I’ve coached staff through career challenges, and coached students and graduates through imposter syndrome, becoming entrepreneurs, and taking control of their futures.

A couple of years ago, I signed up with a coach myself, as I wanted to find purpose and fulfilment in my next career move. It was a turning point for me. I realised that what actually drives me is empowering others and seeing the positive impact that has – it was always the best bit of my job! After that, I took the leap into coaching, training first with Manchester Metropolitan University and then gaining a diploma in transformative coaching with the Animas School. My qualification is triple accredited by the International Coaching Federation, European Mentoring and Coaching Council, and the Association for Coaching. I’m also trained in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, and Mental Health First Aid.

Alongside coaching, I spend my time rock climbing and fell running. I love cooking good food but could do without the washing up.

If you’d like to know more about what I do, drop me an email, or go ahead and book a free coaching consultation now.
